Plannings & Highways Committee

To receive apologies for absence and consider if the reason for absence should be formally approved by the Council.

Members are reminded that at the start of the meeting they should declare any known interests in any matter to be considered, and also during the meeting if it becomes apparent that they have an interest in the matters being discussed.

To receive and resolve that the minutes of the Planning and Highways Committee meeting held on 27 May 2026 are a true record of the meeting.

Members of the public are invited to make representations to the Planning & Highways Committee for up to 3 minutes, on any matters relating to the work of the Committee or to raise any issues of concern in consideration of Standing Orders 69-73 Public Bodies Admission to Meetings Act 1960.

For members to received an update from the Deputy Clerk relating to parking at Merchiston Surgery and surrounding areas.

The next meeting of the Planning and Highways Committee will be held on 15 July 2026, 7pm at Meadowcroft Community Centre.
