Plannings & Highways Committee

To receive nominations and elect a Chair for the Planning and Highways Committee.

To receive apologies for absence and consider if the reason for absence should be formally approved by the Council.

Members are reminded that at the start of the meeting they should declare any known interests in any matter to be considered, and also during the meeting if it becomes apparent that they have an interest in the matters being discussed.

To receive and resolve that the minutes of the Planning and Highways Committee meeting held on 15 April 2026 are a true record of the meeting.

Members of the public are invited to make representations to the Planning & Highways Committee for up to 3 minutes, on any matters relating to the work of the Committee or to raise any issues of concern in consideration of Standing Orders 69-73 Public Bodies Admission to Meetings Act 1960.

To receive nominations and elect a Vice Chair for the Planning and Highways Committee.

For members to review the attached planning applications as required.

For members to suggest up to 3 street names for the development at Catsbrain Farm.
