Open Spaces Committee

To receive nominations and elect a Chair for Open Spaces Committee.

To receive apologies for absence and consider if the reason for absence should be formally approved by the Council.

To receive and resolve that the minutes of the Open Spaces Committee Meeting held on 11 March 2026 are a true record of the meeting.

Members are reminded that at the start of the meeting they should declare any known interests in any matter to be considered, and also during the meeting if it becomes apparent that they have an interest in the matters being discussed.

To receive nominations and elect a Vice Chair for the Open Spaces Committee.

Members of the public are invited to make representations to the Stratton St Margaret Parish Council on any matters relating to the work of the Council. Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960.

For members to receive the outcome of the consultation at Delamere Park and to provide a steer of how to progress.

For members to receive a report regarding installing a portable toilet at White Hart Allotment site and to resolve as required.

For members to receive the report regarding Merton Field improvements, and to resolve as required.

For members to receive the attached tender report, and to resolve as required.
